Directions For Use: Adults: 2-4 tablets, 3-4 times a day, or as directed by a physician. Children: 1-2 tablets, 2-3 times a day, or as directed by a physician. Tablets may be chewed, sucked, or dissolved under the tongue. Take at least 30 minutes before or after food, brushing, or strong-flavoured substances (tea, coffee, mint) for best absorption.
